I am actively involved in issues relating to museum collections and their future. Along with Beulah, I report back issues to the committee concerning collections at risk, and write letters of concern on behalf on the Chair. Developing more NatSCA study trips is another area of interest and I’m the representative on behalf of NatSCA liaising with The Society For The Preservation of Natural History Collections (SPNHC).

I am the Collections Manager of Invertebrate Zoology in the Life Sciences department at the Natural History Museum, London. I care for a plethora of historically important specimens, including specimens from the Discovery and Challenger expeditions, and Darwin’s Barnacles. My specialist area of interest is marine invertebrates especially Crustacea and Cnidaria.
