We are looking for a talented Visitor Experience Manager who will effectively be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Horniman as a visitor attraction welcoming over 850,000 visitors each year - including all aspects of visitor services, ticket sales and customer satisfaction.

Candidates should have significant experience of ticketing and relationship management systems and be comfortable working with numbers and data.

The ability to motivate and train staff to achieve the highest levels of customer service is also essential for this role.

This is a permanent, full time/35 hrs per week role to be worked on a flexible basis and including weekend and evening working.
