£22,056 - £24,052 per annum, depending on skills and experience

We have an opportunity in our Content and Learning Department at an exciting time, as we develop ambitious plans to deliver a step-change in interpretation across the Gardens - transforming visitor engagement from the moment people enter our gates and throughout their experience of the Great Glasshouses, our Treetop Walkway and diverse horticultural displays.
The role will develop a range of outputs, from traditional interpretation to creative installations and exhibitions, and also support content development for Kew’s dynamic and lively annual programme of activities.
We are looking for a highly organised and creative individual, who will relish working across a range of media, and turning scientific information into delightful and memorable visitor experiences. You will have excellent research and writing skills, combined with project co-ordination experience, as well as strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and motivate a range of colleagues.
