Museum Volunteer Coordinator
The University Museum of Zoology reopened in 2018 after a major re-development project, supported by the National Lottery Heritage Fund. We are now inviting applications for the post of Museum Volunteer Coordinator. The position is a fixed term contract available for two years (with the possibility of renewal) at the University of Cambridge.
The role is within the University Museum of Zoology, which contains collections designated as being of national and international importance. This post is crucial in the development and delivery of the exciting volunteer programme at the Museum. You must be an enthusiastic person that can help the museum to deliver an excellent visitor experience and who loves to communicate and interact with a wide range of people.
22 hours per week: Working hours include a full day on Saturdays as part of the post-holder's normal working week, plus two weekdays (which weekdays the post-holder works is negotiable).
