The Operations team within UCL Culture directly manage our venues, customer interactions, administration and collections. The Operations team sets the standard in these areas to ensure we maintain a quality, compliant and professional service-orientated approach that responds to the strategy of UCL Culture and UCL.

This role will contribute towards the care of the collections, and provide support for teaching and research with UCL collections.

Key Requirements

The successful candidate will have excellent team-working and collaborative skills, with the ability to provide a high standard of customer service. They must have previous experience of working in a museum, with handling a wide range of fragile objects, and experience of collections care and documentation. A degree in a relevant subject or equivalent experience, and knowledge of museum catalogue software are also desirable.
