Museums can play a key role in raising awareness of such issues by utilising our collections, spaces, and expertise in novel and creative ways to highlight such environ-mental issues. In this paper it is shown how static gallery spaces can be utilised in a creative and interventive way by a youth engagement project via their close working with museum conservators and technical staff.
